I bought our appliances from them back in 2006. The dry just had an issue. The lady at the parts counter was great. Got me back up and running in no time. Super helpful.

I just scheduled a repair with Hagedorn today. I will say Hagedorn was so easy to work with, and I am so glad I found them. I needed a door replaced on an LG fridge due to a large dent. I initally called Nicely's thinking they could source a new door and install it. I paid Nicely's almost $100 for them to tell me that the door is not something they can get and they said no one will be able to get the door. I specifically asked if anywhere else could get the door. I thought my only option would be to purchase a new $2200 fridge. As a last ditch option, I called Hagedorn's to see if they could get the door in. To my suprise they were able to get the door and didn't even charge me a service consultation to look at the unit. I just shared pictures/model # and they were able to schedule the repair. I highly recommend Hagedorn's and would suggest never using Nicely's.

Incredibly knowledgeable staff in the parts department. I called them up today about a broken part and they not only sold me a replacement part, they offered me an upgraded metal version that would fit my model dishwasher. So I got it for cheap and it fit perfectly! Thanks for the help!

I originally ordered this washer and dryer from Best Buy. After they took our money instantly, then a month of bullcrap excuses out of Best Buy, we cancelled that order. A friend told us about Hagedorn and we gave them a shot. Fabulous communication, excellent customer service, (Charles), speedy delivery, great delivery crew, I have nothing but wonderful things to say about them! I had a gas range delivered, and installed by Tom, Jerry, and another gentleman about 1 week ago. These men did an amazing job! They were clean, patient, and very helpful. They went above and beyond any expectations I had. I will definitely be buying all of my appliances from Hagedorn’s.

Top notch service. Pleasant experience from purchase to installation. Sales agent Charles was very kind and helpful was able to get me scheduled delivery for next day. Delivery guys Davis and David called me in the morning to tell me they would be between 12 and 2 and showed up perfectly on time at 12. They were quick and courteous and extremely kind!!
I would highly recommend Hagedorn appliances to all my friends and family. I will definitely continue using them in the future.

We went on Saturday to look at new refrigerators and ended up getting all of our kitchen appliances updated. We were expecting that it might take a long time to get everything in, but we were lucky everything we wanted was in stock and delivery was just two days later on Monday!
Davis came to deliver all of our new stuff and went over details on how everything works and how to get it all up and running. Amazing service throughout our entire experience is the reason we always come to Hagedorn when we need anything, thank you!

Oh my goodness!! I can’t express my appreciation for the entire process I experienced by choosing Hagadorn applications! I was so frustrated with the experience I had with a big box store since December! I called Mike on Friday and he patiently helped me pick out a new dishwasher and microwave that was better quality for the same price, and he scheduled Billy Joe to deliver and install it the very next day with such knowledge and professionalism!
The two experiences were like night and day, and I will buy all of my appliances from them from here on out!! I felt such a sense of relief after going through so much frustration!

I won’t lie and say there were no issues, appliances are suffering supply chain issues so the delays were large, not Hagedorn’s fault. I ordered over the phone because I knew what model I wanted. I forgot to verify the model number properly and what I heard as a D was in fact an E so the first delivery was the wrong oven. They were great, took it back, gave us a loaner oven and ordered the correct one. The installation team was great too. I really can’t complain, I’m not naive enough to expect no issues ever with things I order so, to me, it’s the response I get and everyone was fantastic in their response. When it’s time for a full suite of appliances, I will head to Hagedorn. Thank you!

Ordered a new microwave and wall oven. After waiting weeks for delivery from the supplier, and having to reschedule installation twice, we finally got the units in place. Office personnel were great and accommodating to work with. The installation team did a great job removing the old oven and installing the new. They arrived on time,& went right to work with no wasted motion! Completed in less than two hours, I could tell this was not Josh’s first rodeo! Very pleased Hagedorn!!
